Nigerian businessman and politician Adamu Garba has given an update on the suit he filed against Twitter’s CEO, Jack Dorsey for interfering and supporting the #EndSARS protests.Singer Peruzzi had asked the Crowwe CEO for the update on the case where he demanded that the American technology entrepreneur pays the sum of $1bn in favour of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as compensation for loss of lives, properties and inconvenience.
Replying Peruzzi’s query for any progress so far, Adamu Garba noted that the first hearing of the case should be before the end of the month. He, however, gave no date, time or court of appearance.“Ermm @adamugarba How far you and Jack? Any progress?“, Peruzzi tweeted. “Very much so, our first hearing should be before end of this month, hopefully. @Peruzzi“, Adamu wrote.
