UPDATE :

It's now close to seven hours, National Unity Platform Presidential Candidate Hon Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert and his team are still blocked at a roadblock along Lira road. Kyagulanyi was on his way to campaign in Aleptong by the time he was blocked by the Police.
