UPDATE:
Nigerian Artist Omah lay has been arrested by katwe Police, the manager of the venue a one Dungu Ivan and the events manager Prim Kasana are also in custody.
Omah Lay is assumed to have broken standard operating produres for covid. The venue had alot of people which would easily spread Corona virus within.
