Samson Kasasira the Rwizi police spokesperson, says the accident occurred along Ibanda-Mbarara road at Akancuncu-Kagongi trading centre.
He Says that MTN vehicle that was being driven by a one Eddy Inavulungiti, knocked dead Chris Abigaba who was on a Boda Boda Registration number UFE 548L, and two passengers who include Agustus Ahimbisibwe and Amelia Abaho all Residents of Kagongi who also died on spot.
The deceased were taken to Mbarara regional referral hospital for postmortem report.
