As Western governments unanimously pledge to ramp up their military support for Ukraine following Russian strikes on the country's infrastructure, data reveals disparity in nations’ involvement in the conflict, the i reports.

Poland and the Baltic states have donated a third of their entire military, while Germany and France have been slow with their shipments. At the same time, the United States vastly outperforms all of Europe in sheer aid volume, a growing concern within domestic politics.

The Ukraine Support Tracker, maintained by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, shows Poland was the fourth-largest contributor of military aid to Ukraine, following the US, Britain and the EU institutions, while France, with its significant military, is in 11th position.
