Young Female Techie Allegedly Gang-Raped by 10 Men in Jharkhand – SIT Formed (reports)

A 26-year-old woman was allegedly gang-raped on Thursday evening at a secluded place in Jharkhand, the police said Saturday. (Times of India)

The woman - who works for a Bangalore-based IT company – had been out for a bike ride with a male friend when a group of 8-10 men approached them, a police official told the media.

The group allegedly beat up her male companion and gang-raped her - before stealing her belongings, according to her complaint.
