Busolwe General Hospital-Butaleja district last received a facelift in 1986.
The hospital lacks oxygen cylinders, an ultra-scan and X-ray unit has been under lock and key for the last 20 years.
It serves more than 200 patients a day from Budaka, Bugiri, Namutumba and Tororo districts.
